BOS Semiconductors Raises $60 Million in Series A Funding for AI Automotive Solutions
BOS Semiconductors has raised approximately $60.1 million in Series A funding, with contributions from Atinum Investment Co., Industrial Bank of Korea, Korea Development Bank, and HB Investment Inc. The funds will support the mass production of its AI accelerators, Eagle-N and Eagle-A, designed for autonomous driving and in-vehicle systems. The company plans to target the Chinese market for electric vehicles and aims to expand into robotics and drones in the future.

BOS Semiconductors, a South Korean automotive semiconductor designer, secured around 87 billion won ($60.1 million) in Series A funding. Existing investors include Atinum Investment and Industrial Bank of Korea, with new investments from Korea Development Bank and HB Investment.
The company is developing AI solutions for autonomous driving, focusing on its Eagle-N and Eagle-A chips, with mass-production samples expected in the first half of the year. The funds will be used for mass production and establishing a global sales network, initially targeting the Chinese market. BOS aims to expand into robotics and drones, leveraging its expertise in automotive semiconductors.
