Carbon Equity Launches €15 Million Debt Fund for Infrastructure Investments
Carbon Equity has introduced a €15 million infrastructure debt fund targeting individual investors and family offices. This initiative aims to address the persistent funding gap in European infrastructure projects and enhance investment in climate-related solutions.

Carbon Equity, founded in 2020, is expanding its investment offerings with a new €15 million ($17.5 million) infrastructure debt fund. This fund will allow investments starting from €100,000, focusing on financing solar parks, wind farms, battery storage, and biomethane plants across Europe.
The firm has raised €500 million for various climate equity strategies since inception, deploying capital into 30 funds that support over 400 companies. Despite the push for greener economies, a funding gap in European infrastructure debt persists, which this fund aims to address. The recent public listing of portfolio company Fervo Energy signifies a critical exit, underscoring the potential for strong returns in clean technologies.
