Casale SA and OMNI Conversion Technologies Inc. have signed a Memorandum of Agreement to explore the development and implementation of OMNI's OMNI300 thermochemical gasification system for converting municipal solid waste into syngas-based products, including green methanol and hydrogen. This partnership aims to provide integrated waste-to-product solutions, promoting circular economy practices and decarbonization.

By utilizing OMNI's gasification technology alongside Casale's process expertise, communities in Central Europe, North America, and beyond can transform non-recyclable waste into valuable chemicals and fuels, reducing CO₂ emissions. Casale will serve as a non-exclusive co-developer of OMNI's waste-to-syngas platform, contributing to scalable innovation in sustainable waste valorization.
