CEA-Leti and C2MI Sign MoU to Enhance Franco-Canadian Semiconductor Collaboration
CEA-Leti, part of the French Atomic Energy Commission, and the MiQro Innovation Collaborative Centre (C2MI) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to establish strategic collaboration in advanced semiconductor technologies. This partnership aims to leverage the expertise and resources of both organizations to enhance the industrial ecosystems in Canada and France, focusing on microsystems, advanced packaging, and photonics.
The initial phase will identify complementarities between their value chains and define projects to bolster industrial development. The collaboration aligns with the G7 Semiconductor Point of Contact Group's objectives to promote international cooperation in semiconductor technologies, positioning both countries as leaders in this field.
