This impressive prototype, boasting a wheel diameter exceeding 1,100 feet and a hub height of over 600 feet, is currently situated at the largest testing and certification facility globally. It has successfully passed static load testing for its massive blades and is now poised for fatigue testing, although full certification may take up to a year.

Designed for optimal performance in regions with wind speeds of at least eight meters per second, this turbine can generate around 100 gigawatt hours of energy annually, enough to power approximately 55,000 homes. Such output could drastically reduce coal consumption by 30,000 tons and cut carbon emissions by an impressive 80,000 tons, marking a pivotal moment in the fight against climate change.
