Climeon Delivers HeatPower 300 System to Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding
Climeon AB has delivered its first HeatPower 300 system to Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding for dual-fuel methanol vessels. This installation is part of a newbuild program initiated in September 2025 and underlines the importance of waste heat recovery in modern maritime operations.

Climeon AB has successfully delivered a HeatPower 300 system to Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding Co. Ltd in China as part of a program for dual-fuel methanol container vessels ordered in September 2025.
The system's delivery followed a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) that confirmed its performance and compliance with technical and contractual specifications. Installation will occur during the construction phase at Jiangsu New Yangzi.
Climeon has previously commissioned several HeatPower 300 units on container vessels, enhancing their operational track record. The adoption of ORC technology for waste heat recovery is becoming increasingly significant in addressing rising fuel costs and stricter emissions regulations in the maritime industry.
