Climeon has completed the Factory Acceptance Test for its HeatPower 300 system, now set for delivery to Zhejiang Xinle Shipbuilding Co., China. Certified by RINA, the system will be installed on NovaAlgoma Cement Carriers' methanol dual-fuel bulk carrier, enhancing energy efficiency by generating up to 300 kW of sustainable electricity from low-temperature waste heat.

Certification ensures compliance with class specifications and safety standards for operation on the vessel. Shipment to the shipyard is scheduled for January 2026, aligning with the carrier's construction timeline. The project marks Climeon's expansion into new vessel types as the maritime industry prioritizes energy efficiency and emissions reduction.
