Contract Signed for Coal Concession Transfer to RiTE Ugljevik in Bosnia and Herzegovina
A contract was signed for the transfer of coal exploitation rights at the 'Istok Two' deposit from Comsar Energy to RiTE Ugljevik. The agreement was executed by the Minister of Energy and Mining of Republika Srpska, Petar Djokic, and representatives from both companies. The RS government will support Ugljevik Municipality in addressing resident issues related to mining, including road infrastructure and local water supply improvements.

Djokic confirmed government support for Ugljevik Municipality in addressing issues arising from mining activities, particularly concerning road infrastructure and local water supply systems. Collaborative efforts will be made to rehabilitate roads and enhance the local power grid, with plans for a new substation in Ugljevik to aid urban development.
