Daejeon City has partnered with Naraspace and Lion Robotics to form a global strategic hub for the space and robotics sectors. The business agreement was signed on the 9th, involving Daejeon Technopark and Daejeon Investment & Securities, aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of six strategic industries.

The partnership will provide institutional support, R&D networks, and increased investment. Naraspace's 'Observer-1A' satellite will be applied in disaster and environmental management, while Lion Robotics' 'Lion Robotics 2' has demonstrated growth in defense and industrial safety. Daejeon City plans to initiate joint R&D projects to bolster global competitiveness.
