DSV has broken ground on a $14.5 million regional headquarters at Pecos and Ellsworth roads in Mesa, aimed at supporting its logistics services, including air, sea, and road transport, particularly for semiconductor clients. The facility is projected to be finished by 2027 and will create approximately 160 jobs at full capacity.

DSV chose this location due to its proximity to Mesa Gateway Airport, where it expanded its air cargo charter network in 2023 and leased a hangar. The land was purchased from Mesa BA Land LLC for nearly $45 million in May 2023.
