CIRCULAR ECONOMY & RECYCLINGBIOFUELSBIOPOWER
The Huntstown circular economy hub, located next to Bia Energy's bioenergy plant, has gained planning approval after being stalled since 2024 due to an appeal. Eamon Waters, who sold his Beauparc empire in 2021, is expanding into the circular economy through Rathdrinagh Land Unlimited, which operates as Irish Recycling.
The company has previously secured permissions for a compressed natural gas dispensing facility in Dublin and a recycling and materials recovery center near Enniscorthy, Co. Meath.
