Everbright and Eco Basalt Launch Major Recycling and Manufacturing Projects in Namangan
Everbright Environmental Energy Namangan LLC, in partnership with Chinese firms, is executing a $141.5 million waste recycling project in Chust district, aiming to recycle 547.5 thousand tons of waste annually and generate 310 million kWh of electricity. Eco Basalt LLC is investing $53.5 million in producing basalt wool and panels, creating 190 jobs. Additionally, the construction of the Artisan Village is underway to enhance local handicrafts and entrepreneurship.

Everbright Environmental Energy Namangan LLC, in collaboration with Chinese partners, is implementing a $141.5 million project in Chust district to recycle 547.5 thousand tons of household waste annually, generating 310 million kWh of electricity, with 254 million kWh provided to the power grid. This will fulfill the annual electricity needs of 300,000 people and create 180 permanent jobs.
Eco Basalt LLC's $53.5 million project in the Namangan Free Economic Zone aims to produce 50,000 tons of basalt wool and cassette sandwich panels annually, generating 190 jobs. The construction of the Artisan Village is also ongoing to support handicrafts and entrepreneurship.
