eVISO Secures Energy Purchase Agreements in Biogas and Solar Sectors
eVISO Spa has signed a contract to purchase 8 GWh of annual energy from a biogas plant and additional agreements for 16 MW of solar energy. This strategy aims to enhance the company’s renewable energy portfolio and improve cash conversion cycles.

eVISO Spa has entered into its first contract in the biogas sector for 8 GWh of annual energy from a 1 MW capacity biogas plant in Piedmont. Additionally, the company has secured agreements with local photovoltaic producers for a total capacity of 16 MW, targeting 120.4 GWh of annual energy from renewable sources by 2026.
This includes 112.4 GWh from solar and 8 GWh from biogas. Direct purchases from renewable producers are expected to reduce the cash conversion cycle by 60 days, with an estimated cash benefit averaging €3.4 million. In peak summer months, this benefit could rise to €5.4 million.
