EVNNPT Advances HVDC Corridor Projects Under Vietnam's Revised Power Development Plan VIII

POWER GRIDS & TRANSMISSION

Electricity National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT) is progressing with high voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission projects as part of Vietnam's revised Power Development Plan VIII. This plan includes four state-invested HVDC lines scheduled for commissioning between 2031 and 2035. EVNNPT is currently conducting studies and investment procedures, including obtaining necessary approvals.
