First Gen to Supply Geothermal Energy for Filinvest City's Parkway Corporate Center and Bristol Tower
First Gen Corp. will supply 1,100 kW of geothermal energy to the Parkway Corporate Center and Bristol at Parkway Place in Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa. The agreement, signed on Feb. 19, supports the buildings' sustainability goals by powering common areas. Energy will be sourced from First Gen's Bacon-Manito geothermal facilities in Albay and Sorsogon. The Bristol Tower is a premium residential development, while the Parkway Corporate Center has achieved a v4 Core and Shell LEED certification.

First Gen Corp. has been contracted to provide 1,100 kW of geothermal energy to two properties in Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa: Parkway Corporate Center and Bristol at Parkway Place. The supply agreement, signed on Feb. 19, will power common areas including elevators and air conditioning, enhancing the buildings' sustainability efforts.
The energy will be sourced from First Gen's Bacon-Manito geothermal facilities in Albay and Sorsogon. The Parkway Corporate Center holds a v4 Core and Shell LEED certification, while the Bristol Tower is a premium residential project. First Gen's renewable energy portfolio also includes hydro, solar, and wind, totaling 1,700 MW, alongside a 40 percent interest in gas-fired plants with 2,017 MW capacity.
