Graphjet Technology announced the resignation of four independent directors, effective March 12, 2026. The directors are Tan Song Jie, Chen Siow Woon, Ang Chee Yong, and Pwa Yee Guo. Their resignations were not due to any disagreements with the company.

Graphjet is currently suspended from trading on Nasdaq since November 13, 2025. Additionally, ON Semiconductor Corporation reported that Simon Keeton will resign as Group President of its Power Solutions Group on June 30, 2026.
