Guangdong Construction Signs $6 Billion Green Methanol and LNG Project in Shandong

On December 26, Guangdong Yue Hydropower Energy Investment Group, a subsidiary of Guangdong Construction Engineering Group, signed a framework agreement with the People's Government of Tancheng County, Linyi City, Shandong Province. The agreement involves a 500MW wind power project, a green methanol facility with a capacity of 200,000 tons per year, and a green LNG project with a capacity of 65,000 tons per year.
The estimated total investment for the project is approximately 6 billion yuan. This initiative aims to expand Guangdong Construction's clean energy business and support sustainable development.
