In the 2026-27 budget, the Gujarat government has earmarked Rs 610 crore for trunk infrastructure at Dholera SIR to enhance its position as an industrial hub. This funding is part of a broader allocation of Rs 1,100 crore for the Gujarat Semiconductor Policy and Rs 150 crore for the Gujarat Electronics Policy.

Phase 1 of the Logistics and Trunk Infrastructure Project is ongoing, which includes essential facilities such as modern roads and water treatment. The budget also provides Rs 300 crore for a 100 MLD water supply pipeline and Rs 650 crore for a new pipeline network to ensure uninterrupted water supply.
