Gunnison Copper Partners with DIBC for Defense-Linked Funding
Gunnison Copper has joined the Defense Industrial Base Consortium (DIBC) to secure funding for critical minerals, essential for defense applications. This partnership aims to enhance production capabilities for materials used in munitions and drone components.

Gunnison Copper is now part of the Defense Industrial Base Consortium (DIBC) to tap into funding aimed at critical minerals. The Gunnison Copper Project has a projected output of 79,000 tons annually and a net present value (NPV) of $2 billion, with an internal rate of return (IRR) of 23%.
Additionally, the Johnson Camp Mine, supported by Nuton LLC, produces 25 million pounds of refined copper cathodes each year. The collaboration with DIBC highlights a strategic focus on supplying materials for defense applications, potentially increasing competitiveness in the sector.
