Haily Group Bhd's subsidiary, Haily Construction Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM48.2 million construction contract from Gunung Impian Development Sdn Bhd for a residential development in Johor. The project involves 113 double-storey terrace houses at Taman Impian Emas, Mukim Tebrau, Johor Bahru.

Construction begins on February 23, 2026, with the first two sections, including an electrical substation and show house, due by August 22, 2026. The main section, comprising 111 terrace houses and related works, is targeted for completion by October 22, 2027. The defect liability period for each section is 26 months post-completion.
