Hanoi's Development Plans for Hoa Lac High-Tech Park Set for 2026 Focus on Investment and Infrastructure
On February 24, Hanoi's Secretary Nguyen Duy Ngoc emphasized the urgent need for land clearance at Hoa Lac High-Tech Park, aiming for completion by 2026. The park will attract major investors in AI, robotics, semiconductors, and biotechnology. A significant expansion of 460ha is also planned. Infrastructure improvements, including transportation and social facilities, are prioritized to enhance investor appeal.
