HCLTech and Suchi Semicon have signed a partnership to offer integrated semiconductor solutions, combining HCLTech's design expertise with Suchi's OSAT manufacturing in Gujarat. The partnership does not involve equity participation, keeping both companies independent.

Suchi's OSAT facility, currently producing 130,000 units per day, aims for commercial production by FY27 and a capacity of three million units daily by 2029-30. The collaboration will target various sectors, including automotive, and is expected to yield double-digit million units annually. Suchi Semicon has established infrastructure for 1 million units per day and has partnerships with over 400 colleges for talent development.
