Interest in Hyundai Engineering & Construction's Hillstate Pyeongtaek project has grown as Samsung Electronics announced plans to expand its semiconductor operations. Samsung's fifth fabrication line, P5, at the Pyeongtaek Campus is targeted for completion in 2028 and aims to enhance AI semiconductor and memory production.

The Hillstate complex will consist of 1,918 units in 14 towers, located near key industrial and employment centers. Pyeongtaek Station provides access to Seoul Subway Line 1, and the area includes various commercial, lifestyle, and educational facilities. The project will feature community amenities and is scheduled for occupancy in January 2028.
