'Hillstate Pyeongtaek Station Central City,' developed by Hyundai Engineering & Construction, will comprise 1,918 units across 14 buildings in Hapjeong-dong. It is strategically located near key industrial facilities, enhancing its appeal for residential and work-study living. The complex will offer various amenities and has reduced the down payment to 5%, with occupancy planned for January 2028.
