i-TRANS Global to Establish Semiconductor Chemical Logistics Hub in Czechia
i-TRANS Global plans to develop a logistics hub in northern Czechia for the European semiconductor industry, focusing on ultra-pure chemicals. This facility will enhance supply chain security and support semiconductor operations across Europe.

i-TRANS Global s.r.o. aims to establish a logistics hub in northern Czechia, targeting the European semiconductor sector with ultra-pure chemicals and specialty gases. The facility, with a footprint of nearly 17,000 m2, is designed to serve the Silicon Saxony cluster and maintain a four-month inventory buffer of approximately 6,500 tons.
It will handle about 19,500 tons of chemicals annually across 38 product lines during its initial phase. The project is expected to create around 60 jobs and support local transportation operators. Operational start is anticipated in early 2028, following site handover by the end of 2027. This infrastructure is crucial for bolstering Europe's semiconductor supply chain resilience amid recent global disruptions.
