iDEAL Semiconductor expands its SuperQ™ 200V MOSFETs, featuring the lowest RDS(on) in TOLL and TO-220 packages. The iS20M5R5S1T achieves 5.5mΩ in TOLL, while the iS20M6R3S1P reaches 6.3mΩ in TO-220. Further package expansions are planned for 2026.

Future releases will include the iS20M5R5S1H in D2PAK-7L and iS20M5R5S1TC in TOLT, targeting high-current and compact designs, respectively. Currently, the iS20M5R5S1T and iS20M6R3S1P are in volume production, with the others slated for production in 2026.
