iDEAL Semiconductor has introduced the SuperQ™ 200V MOSFETs, achieving the lowest RDS(on) values in industry-standard power packages. The iS20M5R5S1T offers a maximum RDS(on) of 5.5mΩ in a TOLL package, while the iS20M6R3S1P provides 6.3mΩ in a TO-220 package, enhancing efficiency in power designs.

Future releases will include the iS20M5R5S1H in D2PAK-7L and iS20M5R5S1TC in TOLT, targeting high-current and compact designs, respectively. Currently, the iS20M5R5S1T and iS20M6R3S1P are in volume production, with the others slated for production in 2026.
