Industrial & Medical Gases (IMG) Plc appointed Abayomi Oke as acting managing director effective Monday, following the resignation of former managing director Ayodeji Oseni on February 2. Oke, previously the general manager, will hold the position until a permanent managing director is appointed.

The company’s board recognized Oseni's contributions and wished him well in future endeavors. Oke has held significant finance roles at Transport Services Limited and TPT International Limited and has over a decade of experience in major oil and gas projects with companies like Marathon Oil Corporation and Atlantic Methanol.
