Interpipe Ships 1,000 Tons of Pipes for Slovakia's Geothermal Energy Project
Interpipe, a Ukrainian industrial company, has shipped nearly 1,000 tons of OCTG pipes for a geothermal energy project in Slovakia, which aims to produce around 175,000 MWh of thermal energy to heat tens of thousands of households. The seamless casing pipes, compliant with API 5CT standards and designed for high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, feature proprietary premium connections tailored for the European geothermal market.

Interpipe, a Ukrainian industrial company, has delivered nearly 1,000 tons of OCTG pipes for a geothermal project in Slovakia. This project aims to generate approximately 175,000 MWh of thermal energy, sufficient to heat tens of thousands of households.
The supplied seamless casing pipes, featuring API Buttress threaded connections and diameters ranging from 7'' to 13 3/8'', are manufactured to the API 5CT standard and designed for high-temperature and high-pressure geothermal conditions. Interpipe's offerings include proprietary premium connections for geothermal applications, such as the UPJ-SP and UPJ-QR connections, tailored for the European geothermal market.
