Izmo has formed a strategic partnership with CCRAFT and Alcyon to design, produce, and commercialise photonic integrated circuits for datacom, telecom, aerospace, and sensor markets. CCRAFT, based in Switzerland, and Madrid-based Alcyon will integrate their photonics expertise with Izmo Microsystems, which will provide semiconductor packaging capabilities.

This partnership aims to establish a comprehensive photonics value chain, enhancing Izmo's presence in the global silicon photonics market, important for AI and future communication networks. It also aligns with the European Chips Act and supports India's Aatmanirbhar Bharat semiconductor initiative.
