JSM Group Begins Construction of Power Infrastructure for maincubes' Berlin Data Centre in Nauen, Germany
JSM Group has started construction of a high voltage substation and cable route for maincubes' data centre campus in Nauen, Germany. The project follows the approval of the building permit and includes a 110 kV cable route to ensure energy security. The campus will support a capacity of 200 MW, enabling advanced computing and sustainable growth in the Berlin Brandenburg region.

JSM Group has commenced construction of a high voltage substation and cable route for maincubes' new data centre campus in Nauen, Germany. This follows the granting of the building permit and marks a significant milestone for the mainHub Berlin project.
As the general contractor, JSM Group will deliver a 110 kV cable route and substation, with a six-kilometre cable transporting electricity from renewable sources. The campus will have a grid connection capacity of 200 MW, designed for high-performance computing and scalable digital services. Nauen was chosen for its stable energy supply and renewable generation capacity, further establishing the region as a digital infrastructure hub.
