KLA Corporation has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Tamil Nadu to establish a new R&D and innovation campus in Chennai, committing to invest up to $400 million over the next ten years. The 12-acre campus is expected to be one of KLA's largest innovation hubs, with a potential capacity of 1.5 million square feet and is projected to create up to 4,000 jobs.
