Kraków Innovation Hub Launches Accelerator for Dual-Use Technologies
A new accelerator program in Kraków aims to enhance dual-use technology development, focusing on anti-drone systems. Supported by the Polish Development Fund, the initiative will bolster connections between SMEs, academia, and the defense sector.

The Krakow Technology Park and AGH University of Science and Technology are leading the NATO DIANA program, facilitating the development of dual-use defense solutions. Startups in this program receive EUR 100,000, military testing opportunities, and access to defense networks.
A new IDA Bootcamp will assist 30 Polish firms in creating low-cost, scalable anti-drone systems, vital for modern warfare and infrastructure security. Potential contracts may arise from institutions such as the European Space Agency and the U.S.
Department of Defense. This initiative emphasizes the importance of collaboration between various sectors in addressing contemporary security threats.
