The '2025 RISE AI-Semiconductor Idea Hackathon' took place from February 2 to 4, 2025, at Geumosan Hotel in Gumi, organized by Kumoh National Institute of Technology and Seoul National University of Science and Technology. About 40 students from Kumoh, Seoul National University of Science and Technology, Hanbat National University, and Ajou University participated, focusing on industrial challenges in AI and semiconductors.

They utilized advanced technologies such as Python and generative AI, leading projects from topic selection to implementation. Graduate students mentored the teams, supporting skill development through training sessions. The event aimed to foster collaboration and talent in the AI and semiconductor industries.
