LanzaTech Secures $20M in Private Placement to Advance Carbon-Recycling Projects
LanzaTech has successfully raised $20 million in a private placement, bolstered by prominent global partners and institutional investors, to enhance its carbon-recycling and sustainable aviation fuel initiatives. This funding, combined with a €40 million grant from the EU Innovation Fund and a £6.4 million grant from the UK’s Advanced Fuels Fund, supports the company's goal of advancing sustainable aviation technologies. Notably, by 2025, LanzaTech plans to operate the world’s first commercial ethanol-to-jet facility through its subsidiary, LanzaJet.
