Magnifica Air has unveiled its first aircraft, an Airbus ACJ321neo, as it prepares for its 2027 launch. Founded by Wade Black and Stacey Carey in late 2025, the airline will feature a 'private class' cabin designed to accommodate approximately 54 guests.

This cabin aims to blend the exclusivity of private jets with the safety of commercial airliners. The ACJ321neo, equipped with Pratt & Whitney PW1133 engines, offers an ultra-long range of 6,100 nautical miles and supports Sustainable Aviation Fuel. The fleet will include both A321neo and A220 aircraft, with the inaugural route from South Florida to New York and additional routes to Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, San Jose, and Chicago planned.
