Mercuria Relocates U.S. Headquarters to Kirby Grove in Houston
Mercuria is relocating its U.S. headquarters to Kirby Grove, Houston, with a $10 million build-out of 62,903 sq ft. This move allows the company to enhance its facilities while remaining in a key business corridor.

Mercuria, the energy trading company headquartered in Geneva, is moving its U.S. operations to Kirby Grove in Houston, occupying 62,903 square feet on the 11th floor. The company is investing $10 million in the build-out, which is projected to start in July and be completed by early 2027.
This transition is less than two miles from its current office at Greenway Plaza. The move coincides with tenant changes at Kirby Grove, where Vitol is relocating and Johnson Law Group is also exiting.
Kirby Grove remains 90.7% leased, indicating strong demand for office space in the area. Mercuria's expansion aligns with its increased investment activities in the U.S. energy sector, including a geothermal project in Utah and a major offtake agreement for liquefied natural gas.
