MKS Instruments Inc. has expanded its Global Capability Centre in Bengaluru by inaugurating new engineering laboratories for its Vacuum Solutions Division and Photonics Solutions Division. These labs will focus on technologies for semiconductor manufacturing and precision industrial processes, including vacuum systems and gas analysis.
