MLR Institute of Technology (MLRIT) students achieved significant recognition at Anveshana 2026, securing first place at the Telangana regional competition in Hyderabad with their project 'BOREBOTX - Borewell Rescue Bot.' They advanced to the national finals in Bangalore, where they placed third among 48 shortlisted projects from nearly 1,000 entries.

The competition was organized by Agastya International Foundation and co-sponsored by Samsung Semiconductor India Research. A special success meet was held at MLRIT to celebrate this achievement.
