The partnership builds on successful precedents, such as the Maple Creek treatment plant in Greer, South Carolina, where the implementation of nanobubble systems resulted in substantial reductions in the use of chemical coagulants and antifoaming agents. This not only led to significant cost savings but also enhanced operational efficiency and compliance with discharge permits, all achieved without the need for substantial infrastructure modifications.

Nanobubbles, which are approximately 2,500 times smaller than a grain of salt, remain suspended in water far longer than conventional bubbles. Their unique properties facilitate more efficient gas transfer and accelerate various physical, chemical, and biological processes, making them a compelling tool in wastewater treatment.
