New York's NY THRIVE Innovation Voucher program supports local tech companies in semiconductor manufacturing through partnerships with Cornell University. The initiative, part of the NY SMART I-Corridor Tech Hub, connects companies with advanced research facilities and expertise to accelerate technology development. Notable participants include OWiC Technologies, enhancing its electrochemical synthesizers production, and Menlo Micro, collaborating on advanced MEMS switches. This program aims to strengthen New York's semiconductor ecosystem by fostering innovation and manufacturing.

The NY THRIVE Innovation Voucher program is assisting New York-based tech companies in next-generation semiconductor manufacturing, partnering with Cornell University. It provides access to research infrastructure and expertise to expedite development.
OWiC Technologies is expanding production of its small photoelectronic electrochemical synthesizers using the voucher, while Menlo Micro will work with Cornell's facility on through-glass via solutions for MEMS switches.
