Đà Nẵng Partners with Oregon State for Semiconductor and AI Training Initiatives
Đà Nẵng aims to enhance collaboration with Oregon State to advance training in semiconductors and AI. This initiative is critical for the city’s economic growth and the development of a robust workforce in these sectors.

Đà Nẵng is pursuing a partnership with Oregon State to strengthen education in semiconductors and artificial intelligence, crucial for future industrial growth. The vice chairman of the city’s People's Committee emphasized the role of local universities in this initiative during discussions with Oregon State representatives.
The city is set to host Economy-Finance-Technology Week in July, aimed at fostering investment and business collaborations. Additionally, US investors have committed $871.54 million across 100 projects in various sectors.
Notably, Đà Nẵng has attracted significant US investments in semiconductor-related businesses, with 25 companies involved and a combined investment of $124 million. Cooperation with firms like Intel and Marvell Technology Group is being sought to establish Đà Nẵng as a global semiconductor hub.
