Noida Authority to Discuss Mixed Land Use and Centre of Excellence Projects
Noida Authority's upcoming board meeting will finalize details for a mixed land use property scheme and a Centre of Excellence at Gautam Buddha University. The decisions include increases in land rates and budget allocations to enhance local infrastructure and research capabilities.

The Noida Authority plans to finalize a mixed land use property scheme, determining plots, sizes, and rates in an upcoming board meeting. Additionally, discussions will cover a Centre of Excellence at Gautam Buddha University, focusing on either semiconductor or stem cell research.
In the previous year, the Authority raised allotment rates by 6% across all categories and approved a budget of ₹8,732 crore, with plans for similar increases this year. The initiative aims to bolster Noida's position as a hub for scientific development, supported by the Noida authority funding the GBU project. YEIDA is also developing semiconductor parks near the Noida International Airport to attract industry players.
