Noida Police Enhances Security Ahead of Noida International Airport Inauguration on March 28
In preparation for the Noida International Airport inauguration on March 28, the Noida Police has increased security measures, establishing five temporary police posts and deploying seven additional patrol vehicles. The airport, expected to handle 1.2 crore passengers annually in its first phase, aims to boost regional industrial development and facilitate global logistics.

Ahead of the Noida International Airport inauguration on March 28, the Noida Police has established five temporary police posts and deployed seven additional patrol vehicles for enhanced security. Three posts are part of the Jewar Domestic Terminal Police Station, with two others in Rabupura and Dankaur towns.
Seven Police Response Vehicles (PRV) and Police Control Room (PCR) cars will patrol expressways and village roads. The airport, set to handle 1.2 crore passengers annually in its first phase, is positioned to drive industrial growth in the region, with plans for a Semiconductor Park, an automobile cluster, and a Medical Device Park. Long-term capacity plans include up to six runways and four terminals.
