PT Pertamina Patra Niaga (PPN) is expanding its Pertamina Sustainable Aviation Fuel (PertaminaSAF) production from Used Cooking Oil (UCO) to Dumai and Balongan refineries, following success at Cilacap. Both Dumai and Balongan refineries received ISCC and CORSIA certifications, confirming compliance with international sustainability standards.

This milestone is crucial for PPN's strategy to enhance low-carbon business and support Indonesia's energy independence. Preparations include facility upgrades, UCO supplier collaborations, and specific catalyst development. All supply chains for PertaminaSAF have achieved ISCC certification.
