Philippines Electronics Exports Projected to Exceed $50 Billion in 2026
The Semiconductor and Electronics Industries in the Philippines Foundation Inc. (SEIPI) forecasts that electronics exports will surpass $50 billion in 2026, marking a record high. This projection follows a significant increase in 2025, where exports reached $49.64 billion, up 16% from 2024. Despite geopolitical tensions and U.S. tariffs, demand for semiconductors remains stable, with a continued focus on automotive and AI peripheral components.

Electronics exports from the Philippines are projected to exceed $50 billion in 2026, as reported by the Semiconductor and Electronics Industries in the Philippines Foundation Inc. (SEIPI). This follows a rise to $49.64 billion in 2025, a 16% increase from 2024.
Concerns regarding geopolitical events, particularly the Middle East conflict and U.S. trade policies, have emerged; however, they are not expected to significantly disrupt demand or operations. The sector remains focused on automotive and AI peripheral components. U.S. tariffs on certain semiconductors do not affect Philippine exports, as the country does not produce those specific products.
