The program aims to support 7,500 young people, including refugees, with KSh375 million in total. Ruto criticized detractors of NYOTA and highlighted the need for personal involvement in youth matters. He also announced investments in education and infrastructure, including a KSh279 million tuition block at Garissa University and progress on regional road projects.
