Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology Advances Construction of $102 Million Innovation Grove District

Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology has placed the highest steel beam on the Rose-Hulman Ventures building, marking a milestone in the $102 million Innovation Grove district's construction, which began in October 2024. The 35,000-square-foot building will feature a multipurpose space for community events and a geothermal energy system for all-electric heating and cooling. Furthermore, a $30 million outpatient surgery center is being developed in partnership with the Indiana Joint Replacement Institute and Union Health.
