Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology Advances Construction of $102 Million Innovation Grove District
Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology has reached a construction milestone by placing the highest steel beam on the new Rose-Hulman Ventures building, part of the $102 million Innovation Grove district. Construction began in October 2024, following the announcement of the project. The 35,000-square-foot building will include a multipurpose space and a geothermal energy system. Additionally, a $30 million outpatient surgery center is being developed in partnership with the Indiana Joint Replacement Institute and Union Health.

Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology has placed the highest steel beam on the Rose-Hulman Ventures building, marking a milestone in the $102 million Innovation Grove district's construction, which began in October 2024. Furthermore, a $30 million outpatient surgery center is being developed in partnership with the Indiana Joint Replacement Institute and Union Health.
