Rossell Techsys to Expand Manufacturing Capacity by 210,000 Sq Ft in Bengaluru for Semiconductor and Space Programs
Rossell Techsys Limited will lease an additional 210,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in Bengaluru from April 1, 2026, to address increased demand in defence, aerospace, semiconductor, and space sectors. A smaller 20,000 sq ft expansion at its current premises will be operational soon.
The company has confirmed purchase orders over INR 7.5 billion and strategic agreements valued at over INR 25 billion, with execution expected over the next two years. The semiconductor segment has already generated over INR 100 million in revenue.
Rossell Techsys plans a Qualified Institutional Placement of up to INR 3 billion to support expansion, and anticipates a shift in revenue mix to 50:50 between aerospace and non-defence sectors. Revenue for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, was INR 1.3 billion, a 72% increase year-on-year.
