Samuel Sekuritas to Underwrite IPOs for Multiple Companies on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2023
PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia plans to assist at least five companies in launching initial public offerings (IPOs) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) this year. The firms are from various sectors including finance, pharmaceuticals, commodities retail, and technology.
However, the specific market capitalization details are still under discussion. Samuel Sekuritas has stated that there will be no IPO transactions in the first quarter of 2023. Recently, the firm acted as an underwriter for PT Abadi Lestari Indonesia Tbk (RLCO), which raised Rp 105 billion through its IPO on December 8, 2022, with a significant stock price increase of 5,078%.
In addition to RLCO, Samuel Sekuritas has underwritten several other companies, including PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (PGEO) and several more scheduled for 2024 and 2025. As of January 15, 2026, there are seven companies in the pipeline for BEI listings.
