Shortlisted Candidates Announced for Chifeng-Jinzhou Hydrogen Pipeline Feasibility Study
The National Pipeline Group Engineering Technology Innovation Co., Ltd. has announced the shortlisted candidates for the feasibility study of the Chifeng-Jinzhou hydrogen pipeline project. The top three bidders include China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Co., Ltd. at 3.88 million yuan, Sinopec Petroleum Engineering Design Co., Ltd. at 3.52 million yuan, and China Petroleum Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. at 3.8218 million yuan. The project will involve a 320-kilometer hydrogen pipeline with a capacity of 450,000 tons per year, running alongside a methanol/liquid ammonia pipeline.

On December 26, the National Pipeline Group Engineering Technology Innovation Co., Ltd. released the shortlist for the Chifeng-Jinzhou hydrogen energy transmission pipeline feasibility study consulting service project. The first shortlisted candidate is China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Co., Ltd. with a bid of 3.88 million yuan; the second is Sinopec Petroleum Engineering Design Co., Ltd. with a bid of 3.52 million yuan; and the third is China Petroleum Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. with a bid of 3.8218 million yuan.
The project involves laying a hydrogen pipeline alongside a methanol/liquid ammonia pipeline, starting in Yuanbaoshan District, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and ending at Jinzhou Port, Jinzhou City. The pipeline will be approximately 320 kilometers long, with a hydrogen pipeline diameter of 610 mm and a capacity of 450,000 tons/year, while the methanol/liquid ammonia pipeline will have a diameter of 457 mm and a capacity of 5 million tons/year.
